I have heard and seen professionals in positions where they have to address an audience, the bench and other professionals - and they fumble with words - they fumble with body language - have a lack of preparedness - sloppy presentation and guess what,  they come across as unprofessional and lacking in confidence.  What does this do to the impact on others - it shows and people loose faith in them or confidence in their ability to perform.
